Cost (in Rackets)
A recurring complaint can cost us more than the issue it names. When we keep returning to a grievance without addressing it, connection, vitality, self-expression, and satisfaction may narrow.
That cost does not make the grievance false. It asks us to notice what our way of holding it is producing. What needs to be said, changed, repaired, or accepted so the complaint is no longer the only action available?
