Aliveness
Aliveness is visible in vitality, self-expression, affinity, and fulfillment. It is a quality of participation, not a title we give ourselves.
Integrity and responsibility matter to that quality. When we attend to our word and our part in what happens, expression and connection have more room to grow.
A familiar complaint can pull us the other way, especially when being right becomes its own reward. Notice which ways of speaking and acting leave us more available to life, and which make that availability smaller.
