Sharing
Sharing is speaking so that another person can see where we stand. It reveals something of us rather than merely passing along information.
When we speak authentically and leave room for a response, sharing can open a possibility that was unavailable in silence. Others may choose to join us, but enrollment is an invitation, not a guaranteed result.
