This Is It
Whatever is happening is already happening.
We may prefer something else.
We may want something else.
We may believe something else should have happened.
None of that changes what is already so.
This is it.
That does not mean this is how it should be.
It does not mean this is good.
It does not mean nothing can change.
It means this is where change begins.
Reality does not wait for our approval before being real.
When we argue with the fact that something has already happened, the argument does not alter what happened.
It becomes another condition we are carrying.
Acceptance clears one confusion.
What is already true and what should happen next are different questions.
The first is about contact with the present.
The second remains open to judgment, choice, care, repair, resistance, or creation.
This is it.
And from here, what comes next is still open.
