Information
When information becomes easy to find, a role built mainly on keeping it scarce loses value. A traveler who can compare routes and prices directly may no longer need someone simply to reveal the options.
That does not end the need for help. It changes what useful help is: judgment, connection, coordination, and care with exceptions. The question is what value remains when the client can see the facts too.
